US Mail Orders send to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii are shipped from our MA or CA distribution center within 24 hours by U.S.P.S. U.S.P.S. rates and a handling fee apply.
RETURNS PROCEDURE Cross-adultdiapers will refund you for any order in which the packaging had not been opened within 30 days of the original order. Once the packaging has been opened, no refunds will be available. Please be sure to indicate the reason for return. If there should be any questions or concerns for any of our items, we want to know as we strive to provide quality products for our customers! A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns over 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returns are not accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase. Please send an email to info@Cross-adultdiapers.com for a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is valid for 10 business days from the date of issue. Returned merchandise must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased. Please write the return Authorization Number on a prepaid shipping label and return merchandise within 10 business days to:

RETURN CONDITIONS Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in origional packaging and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers or with crushed packaging will not be accepted. Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer's policy.
